At SKOMPLAAS CLOTHING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

 

RETURNS

Can I return my SKP purchase online OR in-store?

This option is yours!

Please note: No Returns or Exchanges for items bought on sale.

You can return your online order by requesting an online return for a fee.

How long do I have to return my SKP purchase? 

For a refund, you have 14 days to return your online order or in-store purchase.

For an exchange, you have 30 days to return your online order or in-store purchase.

What do I need to do a return?

Be sure to take along or send us a digital or physical copy of your order confirmation along with the item/s you want to exchange in their original packaging.

Yes you can!

Can I return my order for a refund?

You can return your online order or in-store purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund.

A refund will only be processed if the item is in its original condition and meets the below requirements:

1. Unworn
2. Undamaged
3. Unwashed
4. Returned in original packaging
5. Purchased online at www.skomplaas-skpclothing.co.za or in-store at our SKP store. 
 
Please allow 5 to 12 business days for a refund to reflect in your account.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can exchange your online order or in-store purchase within 30 days from date of purchase.

An exchange will be granted only if the item is in its original condition and meets the below requirements:

3. Unwashed
4. Returned in original packaging
5. Purchased online at www.skomplaas-skpclothing.co.za or in-store at our SKP store.

How long does an online return take?

For a refund, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an online order.

For an exchange, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an online order.

For the fastest return experience, it would be best to return your online order or in-store purchase, at our SKP store.

For an online refund request, please allow 3 to 7 business days for collection and delivery to us. Thereafter, please allow 36 hours for us to initiate your refund and a further 10 to 14 business days for a refund to reflect in your account.

For an online exchange, please allow 3 to 7 business days for collection from you and delivery to SKP. Thereafter, it will take an additional 3 to 7 business days to receive your exchange item.

What if I'm in a hurry to do a return?

For the fastest return experience, it would be best to return your online order or in-store purchase, at our SKP store.

Do I have to pay to return my online order?

For a free refund or exchange, you can visit our SKP store.

The cost for an online exchange is R300, anywhere in South Africa. This fee covers the collection from the delivery point and transfer to our warehouse as well as the delivery of the new exchange item to your door.

The cost for an refund is R150, anywhere in South Africa. This fee covers the collection from the delivery point and transfer to our warehouse. The collection fee of R150 will be deducted from the refund total, therefore there is no additional payment necessary from the customer's side.

Refunds

 

• Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges

 

• Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@skomplaas.co.za with your order number and details of the defect or damage.

 

Return Shipping

 

• Shipping Label: To return your product, you should mail your product to:  support@skomplaas.co.za You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

• Lost Returns: We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

How to Initiate a Return

 

1. Contact Us: Email us at support@skomplaas.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.

3. Ship Item: Send the item back to us according to the provided instructions.
