What do I do if I made a mistake or notice a mistake on my order?

If you notice any errors with your shipping address and need to make a change, please contact our customer service team to assist. Should you notice any errors with your order items, customer service will assist in arranging an exchange upon delivery.

How long will it take to get my order?

For delivery within South Africa, you can expect your order within 4 to 5 business days. 

For delivery outside of South Africa (international orders), you can expect your order within 5 to 10 business days.

How do I track my order?

You will be emailed every step of the way, with shipping and tracking updates along the way.
